Openings in 2 day class

Sharon and Jen will be teachng their popular Flowers and Fancies class in Evansville, Indiana on February 6-7, 2009. This action packed 2 day class incorporates beautiful fondant work and detailing with awe inspiring gumpaste flowers. Skills taught in this class include: creating the gumpaste peony and poinsettia, covering round and square cakes with fondant using two different methods, frilled fondant ribbon borders, the 5 panel box top lid, pearl borders, fondant monogram, as well as the gumpaste gift box bow.
