Georganne Bell is the sugar artist behind the popular cookie decorating blog LilaLoa. She began her journey into sugar through cakes, but quickly switched to cookies when she moved to South Korea and discovered that her oven was the size of a bread box. Georganne has been teaching the basics of sugar cookie art all over the world, including television, and her cookies have appeared in magazines such as Cake Masters and American Cake Decorating Magazine. She teaches online at SugarEd Productions, Craftsy, and Arty McGoo U.

I’ve always wanted to learn how to flood with royal icing, however we ran out of time in my Advanced Pastry Class to learn that technique when I attended AiPH culinary school for baking and pastry art. The decorated cookies are adorable, supper popular and very trendy. Its a must know for a pastry chef. I would love to learn how to do it. Her book looks awesome! The cover is adorable! Thank you soon much for this opportunity. I owned a rather successful bakery operating out of my home until I was diagnosed with cancer in 2011. I continue working until the chemo got the best of me and I had to put down my piping bag and call it quits. I am now in remission and ready to bake again. I will be reopening the first of next month, and this time around I am super eager to attempt cookies to my menu, especially decorative iced sugar cookies. This book would be awesome to win!
