hey Kelly, maybe they were not dry enough…. did you add tylose to them? because sometimes the tylose will absorb the grease and it softens the piece.

However, even though I let them dry overnight after I placed them on the cupcakes they got soft and folded over. What am I doing wrong? These hearts are so cute and I would love to make these.
