My cakes has rimmed edges when I remove them from the cake pans, and this makes them difficult to hide when icing and crisper then I would like when eating. I tried to reduce cooking time and center wasn’t done. Can you please tell me if you know why this is happening? I use metal pans, dark non stick variety. Thanks, Donna]]></description>
